Nusa Lembongan is a 30mn boat ride from Sanur’s New Harbour*. Our villa manager can help you book your boat ride. (on guest account) He can also help you organise a pick up from your hotel or your villa in Bali.

Alternatively, you can reach Nusa Lembongan in 15 mn by private speed boat (https://www.kaikoaindonesia.com/) or by helicopter if you want to enjoy the view of the Nusa Penida islands (we will pick you up on arrival, the helipad is few hundreds meters from the Villa).

Upon your arrival in Nusa Lembongan, our team will pick you up and drive you to Villa Luna.

* Note that the last ferry departs from Sanur at 5pm, if the sea condition allows it.

We invite you to book your boats ahead and take enough buffer especially if you have a flight to take.

Check-in time is at 14:00 at the earliest. Arriving earlier? You can drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability.

Our check-out time is at 10:00am at the latest. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 10:00 – 15:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full nightly Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us.

Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your villa manager should you wish your villa to be cleaned at a certain time. Service occurs once a day usually in the morning.

Kindly note that your villa manager is reachable through Whatsapp. He will be pleased to assist with your requests, but note that he does not reside on site. Your night guard, who resides on site, can take care of relaying urgent requests outside of working hours.

As water is a precious commodity in Nusa Lembongan, bathroom and swimming pool towels are changed every three days. On day number 3, please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

Yes, breakfast is served between 8 and 10am. It is included in your nightly rate. You have the choice between American breakfast (omelette or scrambled/fried/boiled eggs with toasted bread, butter and jam) and Indonesian breakfast (local fried rice or noodles recipe). Both include fresh juice, fresh fruit, Bali coffee or tea and milk. Our staff can also help you order French pastries (croissants, pains au chocolat etc) from a local French bakery (on guest account and extra charge applies).

Definitely. Our villa manager can help you hire a chef and extra staff to organise meals at the villa (on guest account).

Note that the Villa has a selection of Wines and Sodas. Please enquire with the Villa Manager.

Certainly. Our villa manager can advise you and help you book many activities such as scuba diving, canoeing in the mangrove, surfing, diving with manta rays, exploring Nusa Penida etc
